We’re looking forward to having you at MSA Creative Studios! Here are a few things to know before your rental to make your arrival, session, and departure as easy as possible.

We are located on the second floor directly above Merrifield Dental. Look for the second black door from the right with “8622E” above it.

Google Maps & Directions

Code to enter will be sent to you in a separate email/message. Flip the square cover above the handle, enter number then press the round button "ULTRALOQ"When you enter the complex, turn right and continue toward the end.

Parking & Arrival

Free parking is available in the complex. Your reservation time includes arrival, setup, your session or event, cleanup, and departure. Please do not enter before your scheduled start time unless early access has been approved, and plan to have your guests and belongings out by the end of your reservation.

Lights

If you are the first to arrive, there is a light switch at the bottom of the stairs. Once you reach the top of the stairs, the main light switches are immediately to your right. Please turn off all studio and room lights before leaving.

Finding Your Way Around

• Main Event Hall Our large, open space at the top of the stairs.

• Podcast / Recording Room The far back room with the green panel.

• Photography Room The room with large windows overlooking the Main Event Hall.

• Beauty Room Located to the right of the Photography Room. (Please check with host if this room is available for use)

• Kitchen / Refreshment Area Please feel free to help yourself to any complimentary refreshments provided.

• Restroom Located accross from the beauty room

Rooms, Furniture & Equipment

Please use only the rooms included in your reservation. If another room is available and you would like to use it, text us first and we’ll be happy to confirm access. Furniture may be moved as needed for your rental, but please return it to its original location before leaving. Please do not move, unplug, reconfigure, or use photography, podcast, lighting, or other studio equipment unless it is included in your reservation. If you need something, just text us.

Food, Drinks & Trash

Food and beverages are welcome unless otherwise specified for your rental. Please clean up any spills immediately and dispose of food, drinks, and trash before leaving. Please do not leave perishable food behind.

Temperature

If you need the temperature adjusted during your rental, please do so. 

Music & Noise

Music is welcome at a reasonable volume. There are bluetooth speakers in the main event hall. Please remember that we share the building with other businesses and be respectful of our neighbors, hallways, and common areas.

Before You Leave: 5 Quick Things

Remove all personal belongings, food, decorations, and trash.

Return moved furniture and included equipment to its original location.

Make sure the restroom, kitchen, and rooms you used are left tidy.

Turn off all lights throughout the studio.

Close the entrance door completely and make sure it is latched. Press the large round ULTRALOQ button to lock it, then give the door a quick pull to make sure it is securely locked.
